Now i want to share some interesting thing how to handle boss, one of my friend frequently told me that his boss torture him, i really wonder because he is working very good profession in MNC.
i asked what's your problem, He told me that his boss not confident over him and other colleagues also., For every simple work his boss poked his nose everyday, apart from work, boss didn't allow vacation holidays also. The above all my friend's complaint over his boss.
In generally most of bosses are come to this position by difficult task and taste a lot of tortures to his bosses, so that they revert action to his employee.
So that most of them fell happy over to torture their workers to thought revenge against their bosses.
If you find that your boss act like this, you just patiently tell that "i'm just ur colleague and not your enemy , and please understand my problems in this position".
Friends don't afraid of your bosses, just handle him like your colleagues don't be coward to ask your benefits also. If you having any trouble in work tell straight forwardly to him, don't hide any thing and malpracticing, because all the bosses needed such thing from employee to threatening them in future.
so be honest and don't be lose your personel life in professional life.
